Yesterday, the Argentine Embassy in Panama launched an Argentine Businesspeople Network based in that country, which will seek and disseminate opportunities for trade and investment in Argentina among companies based in Panama.
In order to establish this network, the Argentine Ambassador to Panama, Marcelo Lucco, brought together 60 Argentine businesspeople who own companies or serve as high-ranking executives at multinational companies with regional offices in Panama. The businesspeople at the meeting pledged to work jointly so as to identify and disseminate possible beneficial opportunities for trade and investment in Argentina.
Among those present at the meeting were high-ranking executives from Procter & Gamble, Philips, Arcor, Marriott, Heineken, OLX, Codere, Banismo, Louis Berger, DELL, Halliburton, Roggio, Morgan & Morgan, and SLI Liberman.
