Azerbaijan Airlines air tragedy: condolences from the Argentine government and people

The Argentine Republic expresses its deepest condolences for the air tragedy that occurred yesterday, in which an Azerbaijan Airlines plane had to make an emergency landing, causing so far at least 38 fatalities.
