Press release: One year after Hamas’ brutal attack on Israeli civilians

Today marks a year since Hamas’ 7 October brutal attack on Israeli civilians. The Argentine Foreign Ministry reiterates its strongest condemnation of the actions of the terrorist organization, as well as of any form of terrorism, which leads to suffering and death.

In face of Hamas aggression, which will never be forgotten, the Argentine Republic reaffirms its solidarity with the people of Israel, particularly with the victims and their relatives, and asserts the State of Israel's right to self-defence.

The Argentine Government hopes that a solution can be found promptly to achieve peace and demands once again the immediate release of all the hostages taken by Hamas who remain captive, including the Argentine citizens.
