The Argentine government conveys its regret and condolences to the Government and people of Peru following the heavy rains and mudslides in the southern districts, especially Arequipa, Moquegua and Tacna, which caused many deaths.
Argentina also stands with the victims' families and hopes for a safe return to their homes of those affected and for a speedy recovery of the injured.
