The Argentine Government expresses its regret and condolences to the Government and people of Philippines following the heavy rains and landslides caused by tropical depression Usman, which struck the Philippines during the last days of the year, leaving dozens dead and thousands displaced.
Argentina especially stands with the victims' families and hopes for a a safe return of all displaced persons to their homes.
