The Argentine Government strongly rejects the arbitrary detention of Roberto Marrero, who is part of the working team of Interim President Juan Guaidó, by Nicolás Maduro's illegitimate regime in the early morning.
Argentina demands his immediate release and that his bodily integrity be guaranteed.
Argentina also condemns the forced entry and harassment suffered by Congressman Sergio Vergara, who is also a collaborator of the Interim President.
In the face of these acts of intimidation against President Guaidó and his collaborators, the Argentine Government urges the community of democratic countries to firmly declare themselves against Maduro's regime arbitrariness.
