Espacio Barraco

Barraco is a house/gallery in Rosario managed by artist Ariel Jurado. Founded in 2020 during the pandemic, it was created to give visibility to local artists through virtual exhibitions on social media. Over time, it professionalized its activities, organizing exhibitions, curatorial projects, artist training, and art sales, and participating in fairs such as MAC Córdoba and MAPA Buenos Aires. In 2022, it launched a section dedicated to erotic art featuring works by artists from the LGBTQ+ movement. It currently represents 17 artists from Rosario, Córdoba, and Buenos Aires, is a member of G:IRO, the Chamber of Galleries of Santa Fe, and promotes emerging art and cultural dialogue.
