NN

NN works as a creative platform and has established itself as the longest-running active art gallery in the city of La Plata in the Province of Buenos Aires. Run by emerging artists, NN was born out of the need to create new exhibition spaces within the city’s cultural scene and local market. It positions itself as a space open to inhabitation and transformation, where artworks, artists, residents, and friends are all part of the fabric that sustains and gives it purpose. Since its inception in 2016, forty-eight exhibitions have been inaugurated in its space and it has participated in national fairs such as ArteBa, M.A.C, Microferia de Rosario, and the Mercado de Arte Córdoba. The project is housed in a historic building that was built in 1896, located in the city centre, featuring two exhibition rooms, a back room, and a special projects space.
