The Cañas y Compañía Ensemble is characterized by the fusion of genres. It promotes the original Latin American repertoire for reed trio - oboe, clarinet and bassoon -, while producing adaptations and premiering commissioned works. He recorded songs by Lisandro Baum, winner of the Gardel de Oro, with roots in Argentine folklore. Sometimes the presentations are interdisciplinary, sharing the stage with painters or with photographic projections by various creators. Apart from the presentations, the artists of Cañas y Compañía carry out master classes, activities for senior centers and schools.
