An independent publishing house that promotes new views and approaches to life and the world, convinced that the dominant cultural industry does not understand the concerns of a new generation of children. Editorial Chirimbote is also a self-managed collective that promotes fair and respectful commercialization practices. It is gradually consolidating an international network of independent and family publishing groups, emphasizing the link with teachers, educational institutions, social organizations and community media, as the only way to expand counter-cultural works and ideas.
