On an official visit to Russia with government officials and members of the business community, Foreign Minister Malcorra met with the Chairman of the College of the Eurasian Economic Commission, Mr. Tigran Sarkisian, and visited the Russian Chamber of Commerce with the Governor of Neuquén, Mr. Omar Gutiérrez.
