Today, Foreign Minister Susana Malcorra received her counterpart from the Kingdom of Belgium, Didier Reynders. Reynders paid homage to General San Martín, held a private meeting with Malcorra, and the two signed a Memorandum of Understanding. Photo credit: Roberto Daniel Garagiola
