The White Helmets Commission of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Worship and the National Directorate for Relations with the Community of the Ministry of the Interior, Public Works and Housing, with the collaboration of the School of Law of the University of Buenos Aires, unite to recognize and promote volunteering at an event held under the slogan #Argentina Volunteers.
The event will be held next 18 March, from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m., at the School of Law of the University of Buenos Aires, Figueroa Alcorta and Pueyrredón (City of Buenos Aires), and will feature the participation of over 60 organizations committed to volunteering.
The public will be able to visit all the stands and interact with the volunteers in order to learn about their work. In addition, talks will be held in different rooms at the School of Law.
On the outer stairs of the School of Law, there will be games for children, fire trucks on display, exercises with SAR dogs, live artistic performances by Milo Locket y el Club de la Pintura, music bands and a wide range of food to try, among other family activities.
The event is free and open to the public.
