The Argentine Republic vigorously condemns the recent launch of a missile by the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea in the direction of the Sea of Japan.
The launch, which could involve the use of ballistic capabilities, amounts to a new hostile act by that country towards its neighbours.
The Argentine Government reiterates its concern at the acts of provocation carried out by the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, which jeopardize the possibilities of creating a climate of dialogue in the region and affect global peace and security.
