Following his participation in the context of the Forum for East Asia-Latin America Cooperation (FEALAC) held in Busan, South Korea, Argentine Foreign Minister Jorge Faurie held meetings today in the city of Seoul with the President of the Hyundai Engineering & Construction company, Jung Soo-Hyun, and with the CEO of Posco Daewoo Corporation, Kim Young-Sang.
At both meetings, they addressed opportunities for these companies and the South Korean private sector as regards investment projects in lithium, the automobile industry, agricultural and livestock production, pipelines, and energy generation and distribution, among other fields.
They also discussed the economic reforms introduced by President Mauricio Macri's Government and, in that regard, Foreign Minister Faurie explained to the executives the decision to continue working towards Argentina's smart insertion into the world.
