Today, the "Guide on the Export Offer of the Province of Tucuman" was presented at the Palacio San Martín. The Guide features figures and detailed information on the main exports of the Province, and also provides an insight into the Province's energy and transport infrastructure, as well as into tourism proposals.
The official presentation was chaired by the Undersecretary for Commercial Strategy and Economic Promotion of the Foreign Ministry, Javier Arana, and by the Minister of Productive Development of the Province of Tucuman, Juan Luis Fernández. The event was attended by foreign Ambassadors accredited to Argentina, bi-national Chambers of Commerce and national and provincial authorities.
This presentation was held as the first shipment of lemons from Tucuman was sent to the United States, after the US reopened their market for the citrus fruit.
