Information for the Press N°:
387/17
The Argentine Foreign Ministry informs that a group of 35 Argentine citizens affected by Hurricane Irma on Saint Martin Island have been evacuated today on two Copa Airlines flights to Panama city, where they will arrive tonight.
The Argentine Embassy in Panama will receive the group, provide them with assistance and support, and reschedule their flights back to Argentina as soon as possible.
We wish to underscore the joint cooperation between this Ministry and Copa Airlines, which has agreed to transport not only its passengers but also other Argentine citizens that had scheduled their return to Argentina with other airline companies.
