From 31 October to 2 November, the World Trade Organization (WTO) will hold a Seminar in Buenos Aires for Latin American journalists specialized in economic information, with a view to the 11th Ministerial Conference to be held in December.
The seminar, which will be opened on Tuesday at 9.30 a.m. by Foreign Minister Jorge Faurie, will be held under the theme "The 11th WTO Ministerial Conference in the context of the new international trade challenges" and is included within the dissemination activities carried out regularly by the WTO with media outlets from around the world.
The event, to be held at the Emperador Hotel, is specially intended for journalists who regularly report on information related to economy and trade. The Minister of Production, Francisco Cabrera, and the Chair of the 11th WTO Ministerial Conference, Susana Malcorra, will also participate in the event, and the latter will officially close the seminar (see attached Schedule).
