The Doha Round: substance and process in the sixth year

This article analyses the current situation of the Doha Round, mentioning the modalities texts presented by the chairs of the negotiating groups on Agriculture and Non-Agricultural Market Access (NAMA), the substantive differences between the participants and the political problems that influence the possibilities of finalising the Round. In particular, the potential impacts of these modalities texts are evaluated, vis-à-vis the different positions expressed in the discussions. (Only abstract is in English)
