Centre for International Economy
In the first eight months of the year, Argentine exports reached USD 55.4 billion (6.2% growth compared to the same period in 2024), while imports totalled USD 50.3 billion (a 32.1% year-on-year increase). This resulted in a trade surplus of USD 5.1 billion.

The Centre for International Economy (CEI), under the authority of the Secretariat for International Economic Relations, was created in 1987 and is comprised of a staff of economists and professionals from related areas, with a strong specialization in international economics, international trade and trade negotiations.
