The global system of trade preferences among developing countries: An opportunity for Argentine foreign trade

This paper analyses the importance for Argentina of the Global System of Trade Preferences among Developing Countries (GSTP) Agreement within the framework of South-South trade and in view of the proximity of the conclusion of the Third Round of negotiations, launched in June 2004.
