Procedure of the Argentine National Contact Point and OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprise on Responsible Business Conduct
Part II of the Guidelines contains a Procedural Guide, to whose provisions the NCPs must adjust their operation. In this sense, the NCPs will operate in accordance with the core criteria of visibility, accessibility, transparency and responsibility to promote compliance with the objective of functional equivalence.
As has been made clear in the process of updating the Guidelines and as provided in the comments to the procedural guide, although it is companies who must respect the Guidelines in their daily conduct, governments can contribute to improving the effectiveness of implementation procedures. In this sense, the ANCP adopted its own Procedures Manual, which must be applied to all claims related to the implementation of the aforementioned Guidelines
