GENERAL MEMORY The Company's activities began in 1997 with an industrial plant for the fractionation of honey and honey with the addition of dried fruits (almonds, walnuts and hazelnuts), designed to meet national and international quality requirements. The plant has all the necessary authorizations, brand and product registrations, a supply chain for raw materials and consumables, and trained personnel. It is also authorized and has implemented a HACCP system audited by SENASA for international traffic.

The producer partnership, Cooperativa Apícola del Tala Ltda, brings together 20 dedicated pure honey producers. For over 10 years, we have worked collaboratively, and during this time, we have developed our own honey brand, Cosechas del Tala." We are committed to the beekeeping sector. In fact, we actively participate in FILAPI – the Latin American International Federation of Beekeeping –, and we are also founding members of CAFRAM – the Argentine Chamber of Honey Bottlers –.
